The HERMES quality circle team from Techcross won the Sliver Prize at the 51st National Quality Innovation Competition, held at the Jeju International Convention Center from August 25 to 29. Following their Grand Prize at the Busan Metropolitan City Quality Circle Contest in June, the team proudly stood out among approximately 320 quality circles from across the country.

The HERMES team presented in the safety and quality category with the theme of “Risk Reduction Through Process Improvement of Ballast Water Management System” By identifying hazardous risk factors throughout the entire production process, they shared a best-practice case that improved working conditions for on-site workers, providing valuable insights for related industries.

Amid fair competition among nearly 7,000 participants, Techcross’s quality circle expressed their commitment not to rest on this achievement, but to continue striving for improvements and further growth in various tasks.
