The TECHCROSS staff gathered together earlier this month to present and discuss about the 2014 business plan. This workshop was held over 2 days with presentations on the past 2013 business report and future 2014 business plan. There was also detailed discussions on how all the staff could cooperate to accomplish the 2014 goals.
During the workshop, praise was offered to all the staff for their hard work and achievements in tough market conditions including dealing with the earlier equipment failures. Ideas were exchanged and opinions were shared to identify possible faults and to improve the working process.
According to the 2014 economic forecast, the maritime industry will be sluggish with only a small increase in newbuilding orders, but still showing a decrease in total orders. However, TECHCROSS will continue to improve organizational culture to result in improved quality of products and services for all of our customers. |
